When you click onto this tab you will be taken to another page that will provide a quick view and explanation of each exercise to assist you in managing IT Band Syndrome. You can always return to this page in order to view the video above as needed.
There is also a tab for knee pain/flare-ups that you can refer to if your knee becomes irritated and swollen. However, you should follow the advice of your doctor.

Once your IT Band symptoms have resolved, you may want to continue with a lower extremity strengthening exercise routine by clicking the “Advanced To Strengthening 01” button below.
This will provide a sequential exercise routine for strengthening, flexibility, and balance.
