Knee arthritis is a common affliction of many adults. It occurs in 10% of males and 13% of females over 60 years of age, but can occur much younger. It is simply described as a loss of the protective cartilage at the ends of the bones. 

Although it is a progressive disease, exercising is a proven way to prevent soreness and stiffness typically associated with knee arthritis. Our videos are a progression of exercises to safely return knee function and relieve the symptoms of knee arthritis.
