Knee Arthritis

Knee arthritis is a common affliction of many adults. It occurs in 10% of males and 13% of females over 60 years of age, but can occur much younger. It is simply described as a loss of the protective cartilage at the ends of the bones. 

Although it is a progressive disease, exercising is a proven way to prevent soreness and stiffness typically associated with knee arthritis. Our videos are a progression of exercises to safely return knee function and relieve the symptoms of knee arthritis. The exercise program shown in these videos has evolved over our 40 years of experience into a highly effective system.
